Statistics of raw materials unemployment: problems and prospects
The questions of the raw resource export and their negative influence on the condition of the labour market and national economy have been considered in the paper. The analysis of the policy of currency receipts momentary benefit has been given. The recommendations for change of the regulation mechanisms of market relations and formation of the economic growth preconditions have been given.

Optimization of financial resources of raw refining plants

Some aspects of international labour migration
The paper considers the questions of international labour migration which produce some problems to our country. The author has proposed the measures of investment character in order to develop manufacturing industry. These measures are supposed to settle the problems of migration to a certain extent.

Stability of enterprises of bio-resource sphere in the conditions of crisis
In the paper problems of non-payments of the enterprises of bio-resource sphere of the Euro-Arctic region have been considered. Techniques of defining financial assets' sums received by the enterprise have been presented and described. Procedures of estimating sufficiency of money resources for repayment of current obligations have been defined. The variant of defining the sum of current obligations has been considered (it has been corrected accounting a number of business factors). The system of financial indicators for definition of enterprise solvency based on indicators of an expert mark has been offered and proved.

Optimization of transport routes of Northern regions of Russia
The problems of improving and optimizing the transport system of the North of Russia have been considered. It has been proposed to reduce the path of goods delivery from Western Europe to Southeast Asia (and vice versa) using the White Sea-Baltic Canal and the Northern Sea Route. The comparative characteristics of maritime transport corridors in the world has been given.

Influence of labour migration on regional labour market
The paper analyzes questions of influence of external labor migration on regional labour markets. Using economic-statistical models the author has shown the link between the number of migrant arrivals and the situation on the regional labour market. In contrast to the G7 countries actively attracting specialists of high qualification, Russia receives labour migrants of low qualification.
